This Site is an informational and campaign resource for Bryan Hoss's candidacy for Red Bank City Judge. It is used to share information about the candidate, accept volunteer sign-ups, collect endorsements and testimonials, and facilitate contributions to the campaign via Venmo. Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice, financial advice, or any professional service.
When you submit the volunteer form, you represent that:
Submitting the form does not create an employment relationship, contract, or obligation between you and the campaign. Volunteering is entirely voluntary and unpaid.
If you submit the endorsement / testimonial form, you represent and agree that:
By submitting an endorsement and checking the consent box, you grant Friends of Bryan Hoss Red Bank Judge a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit for length or clarity, publish, display, and distribute your name, your endorsement, and any photo you provide — on this Site, on the campaign's social media, and in materials submitted to local media outlets — for purposes of the campaign. You will not be paid for any such use. Because endorsements are published publicly, please do not submit anything you are not comfortable sharing publicly. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle this information.
